The Shanghai Fashion Week 2013 Spring/Summer Collection Show is drawing to an end but a variety of new creations with soft fabrics, colorful hues and clean-cut styles may still be seen at the Shanghai Xintiandi Taipinghu Park, reports our Chinese-language sister newspaper Want Daily, though the chance to see female nipples accidentally exposed remains a major draw.

The show and its distinctive T-shaped stage have drawn film actresses such as Ady An, Alyssa Chia and Yao Chen to the event, which has played host to a succession of innovative clothing designs and the occasional unintentional flash of a model's teat.

Many designers at the event have launched hollowed-out designs or used chiffon or gauze to make transparent outfits; models had to wear only simple thongs and adhesive nipple concealers beneath the designs, leading to a number of wardrobe malfunctions.

On Oct. 21 at the Renaitre special show, a number of models saw their nipple pads fall off on the catwalk or had their gown slip off. The models comported themselves with dignity despite the embarrassment, attempting to retain a natural look and leave the stage in an unhurried manner.
